     -Weight Loss
     -Lymphadenopathy

-~50% of patients HIV+ will progress to AIDS w/in 10 yrs.

-CD4 : CD8 Ratios:
     -Normal --> ~1.5 : 1
     -HIV --> 1 : 1.5-2

-CDC Classification:
     -Based on lowest CD4 count

               -Bacillary Angiomatosis
               -Thrush
               -Vulvovaginal Candidiasis - persistent, frequent, poorly-responsive to therapy or resistant to therapy
               -Cervical Dysplasia
               -Cervical Carcinoma In Situ
               -Constitutional Symptoms
               -Oral Hairy Leukoplakia
               -Herpes Zoster (2 episodes or >1 dermatome)
               -Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP)
               -Listeriosis
               -Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID)
               -Peripheral Neuropathy

-Health Maintenance:
     -PPD: QYear
     -Pneumovax: Q6Years

-Prophylaxis:
     -PCP:
          For CD4 < 200 --> Trimethoprim / Sulfamethoxazole (Bactrim) (DOC)
     -MAI:
          For CD4 < 50 --> Azithromycin (DOC)
